Welcome to jwin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the entity operating the jwin platform ("we", "us"). By using the jwin website, app, or any of its services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

It is your moral and legal responsibility to read and fully understand these Terms before opening an account, playing games, claiming bonuses, or completing any financial transaction on our platform. If you object to any condition, please refrain from using our services.

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — The jwin website (jwin.lat) and all services operated under it.
• "Account" — A user's own registered profile, through which access to all services is granted.
• "Bet" — Money spent to participate in any casino game, slot, or cricket betting on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit or reward issued by jwin.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use jwin's services, you must be at least 21 years of age. By registering on the platform, you confirm that you are legally eligible to use these services.

2.2 Single Account

Each user may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, jwin reserves the right to forfeit funds and permanently close all associated accounts.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account should be reported to our support team immediately.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Transactions on the jwin platform are accepted only through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 10 to 45 minutes

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal request can be made. Winnings earned from bonuses require the wagering requirement to be met before withdrawal. Failure to submit required verification documents may delay the withdrawal process.

3.4 Fraud & Suspicious Activity

If unusual or suspicious transactions are detected on any account, jwin may temporarily suspend that account and conduct an investigation. If fraudulent activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at jwin can receive a welcome bonus of up to 120% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳26,000 qualifies for the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳41,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

After claiming the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before becoming eligible to withdraw. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means a total of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• jwin reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system or gain an advantage through multiple accounts will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the time limit set by jwin, the bonus will expire.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the jwin platform are operated fairly and transparently. Any attempt to influence game outcomes through cheating, software hacking, or the use of third-party tools is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game, jwin reserves the right to void or reprocess the result of that round. The final decision will be based on server logs and shall be considered binding.

5.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts may vary across different games. These limits are displayed in the game interface. jwin reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

Users in jwin's VIP program can advance through levels based on their gaming activity. There are four tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on the user's activity and engagement with the platform. jwin reserves the right to modify or review VIP benefits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jwin platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to abuse or manipulate the bonus system.
• Using automated software or bots to influence game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other users or engaging in fraudulent behavior.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's security systems or server infrastructure.
• Attempting to verify an account using a false identity or forged documents.

Violating any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.

8.1 Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Any eligible balance remaining in the account at the time of the request can be withdrawn, but any unused bonuses will be cancelled.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by jwin

jwin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms or suspicious activity.
• Discrepancies or false information in verification details.
• A self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

All content on the jwin platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of jwin. Reproducing, distributing, or using any part of this material for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

• Losses caused by issues with a user's own internet connection.

• Losses resulting from a user keeping their account credentials insecure.

In any situation, jwin's total liability will be limited to the amount deposited into that user's account in the most recent 30 days.
